refactor(robotaxi): 重构叫车页面架构并迁移静态资源域名

- 将叫车页面拆分为视图壳层与多个职责模块，提升代码可维护性
- 新增 use-order-status、use-route-and-fare 等自定义 Hook 集中管理状态
- 将静态资源从 COS 迁移至 CDN 域名 s.xiaopeng.com
- 新增 safeParse 工具函数处理 JSON 解析异常
- 优化 WebSocket 消息处理逻辑，增加容错机制
- 在站点搜索页面的搜索处理函数中增加返回值
