fix: 修正行程状态判断并调整汽车标注位置

fix: 修正行程状态判断并调整汽车标注位置

移除非对应状态下的本地存储项，避免数据残留。同时微调汽车标注的垂直偏移量，以改善地图标注的视觉对齐。
