彻底删除补采完整性与断线恢复遗留代码

彻底删除补采完整性与断线恢复遗留代码

移除旧服务、领域实体、完整性检查器及 Mapper 兼容声明，避免后续代码继续依赖已删除数据库模型。同步删除对应后端测试。
